Managing Director, Sales Operations (Finance)
As the Managing Director of the newly established central sales operations team, you will lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects on behalf of the Bank President and Leadership Team and help drive operational excellence and consistency across our business. You will surface opportunities, plan requirements with internal customers, and usher projects through their entire project lifecycle. You will work closely with the heads of business units and Analytics & Sales Operations leadership to help grow, scale, and run the business more efficiently and effectively. You will serve as a critical partner to the Bank Leadership Team on ad hoc projects. You excel at balancing strategic planning with execution and are very comfortable getting your hands dirty.
This position offers the opportunity to lead a team of analysts, to work across a variety of strategic and operational areas, and to partner closely with the Bank President and Leadership Team to help them reconcile their priorities, shape their strategy, and execute their initiatives. This includes a variety of projects to generate revenue, deepen client relationships and develop market insights that will help the business units capitalize on banking and lending opportunities.
