Job Description:
We are currently recruiting for a Benefits Program Manager. In this key role, your primary responsibility will be to manage Epiq's US and Canada Benefits, to include health, retirement, life, leave and disability, and paid time off. In this role you will be accountable to manage outside vendors as well as internal partners (legal, finance and payroll teams). You will be responsible for plan design, implementation, communication and administration to achieve Epiq's desired business results within a total rewards framework.
