Financial Planning Analyst (Administrative)
Job Summary:
The Financial Planning Analyst will be responsible for supporting the Global Direct to Consumer and Employee Benefits businesses within the GCS portfolio. Working closely with the Sr. Director of Finance and reporting to the VP of Finance, this position will provide value-added, actionable reporting of monthly results, expense tracking, and key financial analyses. Finally the role will include working with the business leaders to develop annual growth projections and budgets.

What You'll Do:
Support month-end close process, coordinating closely with the Accounting team
Maintain driver-based models that reflect both actual results and future forecast periods
Prepare monthly performance reports and deliver to the business leaders
Identify cost problem areas or profit opportunities and prepare recommendations for forward financial planning
Create ad-hoc analyses of business drivers as needed for Corporate Finance and business leaders, and prepare associated executive-level presentations
Work with business teams to develop annual growth plan and budgets, working within Finance processes and guidance
Look for ways to streamline our tasks by using Excel skills or other means to make processes more efficient
Assist in business case preparation, when needed
Super User for HFM/Planning/Essbase
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree required, in Finance preferred.
3-5 years of relevant work experience.
Experience in financial modeling, manipulating large sets of data (via BI software and advanced Excel techniques) and distilling the information down to key highlights/drivers of the business. The candidate should also have experience with direct to consumer businesses.
Proficient with Google Suite and Microsoft Suite.
Experience with Oracle and Hyperion (HFM and Planning) strongly preferred.
Extra Points for any of the Following:
Knowledge of Tableau or similar BI programs, a plus.
