🦶 What You'll Do:

• Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for residents
• Provide therapy services that promote mobility, independence, and overall quality of life
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure excellent resident care
• Educate residents, families, and staff on therapy techniques and goals
• Document treatment progress accurately and in compliance with standards

✅ What We're Looking For:

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in California
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Passion for helping residents achieve their highest potential
• Previous skilled nursing facility experience preferred, but not required
