As a Condo Analyst, you may look forward to:
Critically analyzing and evaluating condo and PUD project documentation in accordance with all agency guidelines and investor overlays
Completing condo/PUD approvals and certify representations and warrants
Assisting when able with the collection of data and documentation for approval of Condominiums and PUD projects
Reviewing documentation and submitting requests for agency project approval (FHA & VA)
Communicating with Origination, Processing, Underwriting and Closing department team members regarding any documentation needed for completing approvals
Communicating with Condominium Association Representatives, Realtors, Attorneys, and Insurance Representatives when necessary to facilitate and expedite receipt of required documentation
Accurately entering data into the Origination System for recordation and review
Maintaining records of documentation and approvals for future use and audit
Remaining informed and current on all agency condo & PUD project standard requirements
Maintaining high level of customer service
Assisting with clearing of any post-closing investor or agency stipulations for closed loan files to facilitate loan purchase and maintaining compliant loan files
Other tasks as needed
Obeys all applicable federal laws, rules, and regulations relating to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) including the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA)
You are a person that (required skills):
Has basic Computer Skills and experience with MS Office Suite software
Has strong organizational & analytical skills
Is able to multi-task and manage multiple priorities
Has strong verbal and written communication skills
Is experienced with Fannie Mae's CPM (Condo Project Manager) platform
Is experienced with Encompass loan origination system (preferred but not required)
Has a minimum of 2 years condominium review experience
Physically you can anticipate to:

Exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, use your arms and legs, and sit most of the time
Have close visual acuity to perform activities such as analyzing data, viewing a computer terminal, reading, and preparing documentation
