Corporate Training & Content Manager (Creative Design)
DAT is looking for an innovative Corporate Training Manager to join out award-winning Product Support team in Beaverton, Oregon.
The DAT Corporate Training Manager facilitates and delivers cutting edge, best in class learning experiences for DAT prospects and customers. This position will also serve as a gatekeeper between teams within DAT and the creative content team.
In this position, you'll have the opportunity to build an infrastructure that drives the creative and content workflow from idea to distribution. You will be responsible for developing timelines and managing all creative workflow from creative content, advertising campaigns, events, and collateral pieces. You will work closely with the directors of each team to make decisions and monitor progress, debriefing the team while delegating and managing workloads and meeting deadlines.
Creative and technically savvy creator and producer of training materials. Outstanding interpersonal and cross-functional communication skills.
Adept at creating informative and compelling training materials that motivate audiences.
Work with leadership to prioritize and plan projects and production workloads. Facilitate project planning, own the overall timeline; schedule meetings, including kick- offs and ongoing meetings surrounding business initiatives.
Communicate regularly with stakeholders, keeping Product Support and Marketing teams in the loop on progress and deliverables.
Own the intake process for all creative requests by working cross-functionally with partners in Marketing, Support, Sales, Product, Digital, and IT.
Lead briefings that are complete and actionable, with a clear understanding of project objectives.
Be the final eyes on all work to make sure hand offs are consistent with the accompanying brief.
Develop project-specific tracking information and analyze results.
Work with the creative and marketing teams to create new processes and streamline workflows to maximize efficiency and output.
Develop proficiency with the full range of DAT products, ensuring teams are trained and understand the value propositions for every offering.
Own, manage and organize creative assets on our server and Digital Asset Management software for our team to locate and use.
Continuously keep all stakeholders apprised of developments and progress.
5 + years of professional work experience, with a focus in project management roles, agency or in-house experience preferred.
Exceptional project management and problem-solving skills; proven attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management capabilities.
Deadline driven, able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible and adaptable when it comes to re-prioritizing tasks due to business demands Outstanding skills working cross-functionally and collaboratively as a team player and as a self-starter.
Strong facilitator to help others complete the task at hand and work together. A proactive planner who isn't afraid to ask probing questions for project clarity, anticipates potential roadblocks, and escalates project issues appropriately.
Bachelor's degree, ideally in a directly related field.
