Excellent communication skills
Possess good organizational skills and be able to prioritize
Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.
Must be friendly and personable with guests
Willing to obtain food handler permit
PT afternoon or mornings available; NO evenings required
FT requires split shift; NO evenings required
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Be visible to guest and owners in the breakfast room to assist as needed
Set up and cleanup of dining area, breakfast buffet & après ski buffet
Ensure buffet lines are maintained and kept full and area is clean
Basic food preparation
Coordinate purchasing of food and beverage with supervisor
Bussing tables along with washing dishes
Perform occasional deep clean of dining area and kitchen as needed
Help ensure we keep a safe work environment
