Maintenance Technician (Maintenance)

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring Sunbelt Solomons plumbing, building, and grounds maintenance is operating efficiently to conduct daily operations.
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.Ability to safely operate equipment such as a hoist and forklift.Completes work orders, facility assignments as directed.Assists with plumbing, building and grounds maintenance.Complete construction tasks such as roof repair and office renovations.Follow all environmental specifications for the area.
