Retail Learning Specialist (Education)
Location: 324 Ridgefield Ct., Asheville, NC 28806
The Retail Learning and Development Specialist (grade 10) will be responsible for the development and training of Retail employees through a variety of learning methods including classroom facilitation, on-line opportunities, and webinars. Focus will be on product knowledge, customer service skills, sales skills, system knowledge, policies and procedures.
This position is responsible for course and content development and delivery of retail training to all new hire and existing employees. Maintains current knowledge base on all bank policies and procedures, compliance regulations and security measures. Actively learns, demonstrates, and fosters the HomeTrust corporate culture in all actions and words. Takes personal initiative and is a positive example for others to emulate.
