Sr Procurement Project Specialist (Finance)
You will report directly to the Chief Procurement Officer (CPO) of Intelligrated (IGS) and you'll work out of our Charlotte location on a Hybrid work schedule (3 days in office/2 days remote).
Hybrid Work Schedule Note: For the first 90 days, New Hires must be prepared to work 100% onsite M-F.
In this role, you will impact the successful execution and delivery of IGS Sourcing and Procurement by leveraging your expertise in project management, cost savings, and process improvements across multiple levels, both strategically and tactically. Through your leadership, you will ensure that the procurement department within IGS functions on time, meets say/do, and drives accountability across the staff.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive schedule across IGS Sourcing and Procurement department
- Ensure all reporting for IGS, Industrial Automation, and Honeywell corporate is completed on time
- Align IGS CPO staff to X-matrix outcomes. Develop AOP, align weekly/monthly reporting of outcomes to targets
- Oversee procurement projects as assigned by senior staff members
- Contribute to the development and execution of the organization's procurement strategy, ensuring alignment with cost-effectiveness, quality, and supplier delivery
- Develop digital tools to help speed decision making

- 6+ years of experience in sourcing/procurement and project management
- Knowledge of procurement strategies, strategic sourcing, and supplier relationship management
- Proficiency in budget management and financial acumen
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies
- Strong knowledge of sourcing processes and tools, such as SAP and e-sourcing platforms
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field
- Ability to drive results and meet project objectives
- Excellent negotiation and contract management skills
- Continuous learning and development
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
