Equifax is seeking a product manager who has a desire to work on a winning team dedicated to providing customers with the right resources to help them succeed. Responsible for supporting the overall performance of the product, overseeing it from inception and ideation through design, build, launch, growth, enhancement and eventual sunset. Assists in development of product roadmap and identifies delivery channels, direction of product and product development needs. Influencing and collaborating with others in cross functional teams (D&A, technology, sales, fulfillment, product marketing, finance, legal) to define product requirements ultimately bringing products to market.

Analyze data and evaluate competitive landscapes to identify potential opportunities to support the overall market understanding.
Contribute to prioritization of opportunities relative to the market.
Support and participate in the creation of the business cases and product roadmaps used in the product strategy and planning sessions across the Product Delivery Value Stream.
Provide descriptions and requirements definitions for product development.
Gather feedback for potential improvements during development.
Prepare for, and support, product releases, monitor product adoption and use, collecting customer feedback.
Track and monitor product performance including revenue, costs, margin and other operational metrics.
Support the product lifecycle management including inception, conception, enhancements and sunsetting.
Consistently solicit feedback from customers to develop solid knowledge of their usage of our products.
Support answering questions and concerns from sales, sales consultants and sales engineering organizations.
Support the investigation of competition through competition brochures, 3rd party reviews and market reports (eg. Gartner MQ, New Forrester Wave, IDC).
Collaborate with Marketing and Communications for developing and adjusting our message to our different sales organizations.
Collaborate with Sales Enablement and Training organizations to prepare and deliver valuable training experiences.
Generate your networking through an evolving matrix organization with local and global teams and multiple COEs.
Work in an Agile environment under Kanban and Scrum principles and use Product Management and Development tools such as Aha! And Jira.
Commit to delivering on customer needs with a sense of urgency and accountability for delivering value, identifying and voicing opportunities to enhance customer service.
Apply an understanding of key business drivers, using this understanding to accomplish your own work.
Demonstrate an understanding of the impact of Equifax's services/products on the success of customers.
Recognize relevant information and identifies/solves a range of problems in straightforward situations, analyzing possible solutions using standard procedures.
Prioritize and organize own work to meet deadlines and deliver quality results, typically in routine situations of minimal complexity.
Leverage technical knowledge of products to support meeting customer needs across the product lifecycle.
Understand market segments as well as market data trends relative to the products to support product performance and competitive differentiation.
Gather data and define elements to support customers' needs.
Support the creation, collection and analysis of voice of customer, voice of sales and voice of pre-sales processes to continuously improve our roadmaps.
1-2 years experience working in SaaS product management.
1-2 years experience in B2B2B or B2B2C product management in any role or capacity.
1-2 years experience in BPM or BRMS solutions or general knowledge of the Decisioning ecosystem.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Master's degree in Business Administration.
Understanding of market trends and technology trends.
High level technical acumen and its relevance to meet customer needs with EFX data, analytics and technology products.
General knowledge of agile principles (eg. Kanban, Scrum), Product Management and development tools (eg. Jira, Aha!).
Ability to have business and technical conversations with heterogeneous audiences and explaining technical concepts to Business audiences and business concepts to technical audiences seamlessly with simple terms and ease.
Ability to work effectively with different work styles, leveraging relationships with colleagues to learn more about the key stakeholders within a team or product function.
Understanding of market segments as well as market data trends relative to the products to support product performance and competitive differentiation.
Ability to work autonomously, probe and problem solve - escalating when necessary.
