Corporate Sales Trainer & Program Manager (Finance)
The Corporate Sales Trainer and Program Manager role is responsible for the learning and development tasks specifically focused on the sales job role within our organization. This role will need to be proficient in instructor led training (ILT), web-based training involving on-camera presence and virtual classroom delivery & facilitation. This role will partner closely with other seed campus roles to develop and maintain curricula. The Corporate Sales Trainer and Program Manager will serve as a learning consultant to sales leaders over each line of business to provide optimal solutions in learning and development. Corporate Sales Trainer and Program Manager may communicate with participants, instructors, speakers and others to provide instruction, guidance, and information to ensure coordination assignments are completed on time; and, participants and instructors are well prepared.
Program Delivery & Development (80%)
Provide advanced facilitation skills and classroom management techniques to deliver functional and soft skill topics/content
Delivery methods to include proficiency in instructor led trainings, webinars, virtual classrooms, video recordings, and blended learning environments
Serve as learning consultant to the sales leaders in each key business areas
Provide feedback to seed campus staff and assist in the updating existing content, based on learning feedback and measurement
Build/maintain relationships with key business partners to ensure alignment of seed campus initiatives with tkE business goals
Maintain program cohesiveness by following through with pre, during, and post training activities including survey collection, knowledge checks, success stories, barriers to implementation, relationship management.
Provide post training survey data and summary to training requestor to show completion, impact and measure training ROI when appropriate
Training Coordination (10%)
Locate and negotiate applicable agreements for on-site facilitation, including physical locations, needed a/v equipment, catering, and room set up
Provide physical on-site and day-of support for classroom offerings and troubleshoot issues related to course as they occur
Prepare and deliver communications to instructors and participants including training dates, locations, enrollment information, transportation and other necessary enrollment information
Assist with schedules and enrollment tracking using LMS and other tracking methods, as required
Lead room set-up and tear-down activities including signage, classroom and meeting space floor planning, registration desk, and dining arrangements

Training Materials (5%)
Prepare, print and assemble training materials including participant guides, training handouts, job aids training charts, name tags, and other materials prior to courses, as required
Communicate with vendors to ensure that training materials are published, printed, and shipped according to clear instructions within required time frames
Ship training publications and materials to training locations as required
Budgets & Reporting (5%)
Monitor and communicate budgeted and non-budgeted expenditures to ensure that training costs do not exceed allocated funds and assists in budget preparation and submission including all training costs
Coordinate attendance and sign-in sheets with seed campus admin for record keeping
Ability to create, send, and roll up survey information, including summary data to key business partners to demonstrate training impact
