Education: Minimum - Graduate of a baccalaureate, associate or diploma nursing school Preferred - Baccalaureate degree in nursing Work Experience: Minimum - One (1) year critical care experience (Critical care experience may include ICU, PACU, Cath Lab, IMC and Hemodialysis) Preferred - Two (2) years critical care experience, Radiology experience, Pediatric experience Licenses and Certificates: Minimum - Registration as a professional nurse in the State of Wisconsin, CPR, ACLS Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities: Ability to effectively work with other nursing team members, physicians and technologists On-Call Responsibility: On-call required. Call response time of 30 minutes from pager activation to arrival, dressed in scrubs and reported to procedure room. Physical Requirements: Medium: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds maximum with frequent lifting and/or carrying objects weighing up to 25 pounds. Work Schedule: This position is Day/Evening shift, Monday - Friday, with on call. Nurses rotate to be on call on weekend and holidays.
