Application Programmer Analyst (Project Management)
QUALIFICATIONS:
1) Demonstrates ability to express and organize thoughts, ideas and information in a logical and concise manner both in writing and verbally.
2) Willingness to learn and adaptable to performing a variety of tasks
3) Ability to facilitate meeting of peers and team, clearly articulate issues and enable discussion that leads toward resolution.
4) Has the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and best practices and communicate them to management.
5) Knowledgeable in a professional discipline and its processes and capable of executing/completing basic tasks
6) Required to follow the prescribed processes and procedures of the company. Knowledge of Agile methodologies is essential.
7) Participate in the definition and dissemination of Development discipline and methodologies to the enterprise.
8) Proficiency working with RDBMS technologies like DB2, Oracle, SQL Server, etc.
9) Proficiency in Mainframe (like COBOL, JCL, etc.) and Distributed programming languages (Java, Shell Scripts, etc.) is desired.
10) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications like Excel, Access, etc., is desired.
10) 3-5 years of IT development experience is required.
