Organization & Role
At NI, we believe in the power and potential of making connections - between people, ideas, and technology. We are dedicated to helping businesses thrive today, tomorrow, and for the next 100 years. In the semiconductor bench validation space, there is a continuous need to increase the amount of functional and parametric coverage of each silicon revision to ensure the quality and performance of the chip before releasing to the market. Lab Validation teams are constantly seeking higher levels of automation as well as increased reuse of hardware and software solutions. NI's Semiconductor business unit is developing a powerful automation framework that builds on top of their world class hardware and software platform. It enables low-code measurement solutions for interactive learning and very powerful automated capabilities in Python, .NET, LabVIEW, InstrumentStudio and TestStand. This framework can help semiconductor customers, large and small, get maximum value from an off-the-shelf solution and stop investing in homegrown solutions repeatedly. NI is looking for a senior automation architect with the right background and strong vision to drive the roadmap and ensure the highest levels of customer success. This leader will work across multiple R&D teams, in collaboration with the business leaders, to ensure this framework meets the needs of the end customer and also engage the sales and support teams to ensure they are properly positioned to deploy the framework quickly and efficiently for maximum customer value. NI is headquartered in Austin, Texas with engineering teams in Austin and throughout the world.
