Sales Support Specialist (Sales)
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing reports, mapping customer and prospects, maintaining records, and processing customer requests for strategic customers. Pulling data from Aspire, Tagging and coding information for marketing and finance.Coordinate sales-related activities completing RFI, compliance, customer spend and rebate related activities.Support National and Strategic Account clients with Quarterly Business Reviews and Annual Account Reviews.Complete, organize and consolidate RFI and RFP pricing and data.Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and documentation.Track sales performance metrics and generate reports for management.Prepare and distribute sales materials, proposals, and presentations.Assistance with Strategic client Third party sites such Ecovadis, Emitwise and others.Support the sales team in achieving targets by providing necessary coordination and follow-ups.Organization and vetting of market lists for email marketing campaigns.Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to identify trends and opportunities.Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare reports for management.Conduct market research to assess industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive positioning.Assist in forecasting sales performance and setting targets based on historical data.Develop dashboards and visual reports to present key insights to stakeholders.Maintain and update sales databases, CRM systems, and reporting tools.Track Sales campaigns and provide data for results.Prepare sales documents, presentations, proposals, and contracts.Track sales inquiries and ensure timely processing and tracking.Communicate with customers to provide information, resolve issues, and follow up on inquiries.Coordinate internally between sales, marketing, operations, and finance teams to support sales execution.Assist in organizing and attending sales meetings, events, and trade shows.Perform general clerical duties including filing, data entry, and document management.
