YOUR ROLE

  • Drives sales development and growth with assigned customer portfolio and newly developed leads, where needed with new projects/development programs
  • Executes local sales plans for assigned accounts in line with company strategy to maintain and develop existing / acquire new customers
  • Manages new leads and lead qualification within assigned customer scope
  • Builds and maintains relationships with customers and distributors
  • Works closely with others and other Henkel departments to provide the best customer experience
    Executes pricing actions
  • Executes customer roadmap and manages / closes respective growth opportunities
  • Performs regular check of Supplier Portals incl. supplier news, quality / audit issues and production data updates of major accounts
  • Manages escalation requests from customers.
  • Supports transactional processes to ensure compliance with corporate standards.
  • Provides input to Manager on customer needs, business trends, competitive situations in territory
  • Coordinates with Henkel technical team to conduct line trials / (re)solve customer requests and complaints
