Oversees the woodworking, and box and crate operations.
Directs employees engaged in woodworking.
Plans the use of subordinate workers, equipment, facilities, and materials based on workload projections on weekly or monthly bases.
Establishes deadlines, priorities, and work sequences general work schedules, methods, and policies established by the Site Manager and/or Alternate Site Manager.
Redirects workers and resources to accomplish unanticipated work and to accommodate daily workload fluctuations.
Conducts planning of current and future work schedules, providing workload data, estimates, information on staffing needs, and recommendations as to the scheduling of projected work.
Ensures work is done properly and efficiently IAW the terms and conditions of the contract.

Basic Requirements:
(3) years experience in woodworking within the past five (5) years.
The Woodworking Supervisor shall possess a motor vehicle and forklift license for forklifts up to 6K.

High school diploma or equivalent
18 years of age
