YOUR ROLE
- To assist in the launch of new products, regionally and globally for the AN SBU of Henkel.
- To support of the Innovation Project Management team and work closely with Product Development, Technology Development, and Production Teams to bring new products to market, per agreed procedures and systems.
- To provide a good level of competence in data management and the ability to work somewhat independently, under the direction of the Director of Innovation.
- Provide support on daily and weekly tasks associated with special projects and to participate in global team projects as deemed appropriate.
YOUR SKILLS
- Recent graduate or current student in a business discipline.
- Strong Interpersonal and communication skills.
- Work in project team activities to achieve high quality and on-time delivery per procedures
- Ability to communicate well at all levels including with other functions within Henkel, presenting data both internally and externally as appropriate.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, SAP (Preferred)
- Detailed, organized and results oriented.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines.
