  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure all program requirements are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Budget Management: Develop, manage, and report on program budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial constraints.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for all program-related inquiries and communications, providing timely updates and information to team members.
  • Evaluation: Conduct post-event evaluations to assess success, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.

What We Need To See:

  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in enablement planning and program management, with a consistent record of successful event execution
  • Strong background and skills in sales enablement, instructional design, partner management, change management, communications, and cross-functional program coordination
