Senior Recruiter (Finance)
Build and maintain working relationships with hiring managers to ensure recruiting expectations are met or exceeded. Work effectively with hiring managers in order to source and hire the best talent for Sunshine.
Working autonomously, seek out talent with effective sourcing tactics and employment marketing and branding strategies through social media tools and networks.
Use a variety of resources and creative techniques to proactively source, develop, and maintain qualified and diverse pipelines of talent.
Manages recruitment efforts for management positions with a goal of extending an offer within 30 days of posting.
Educate hiring manager on best practices and assist, as needed, with administrative functions of recruiting such as opening/closing requisitions, conducting reference checks, and submitting new hire forms.
Perform administrative HR duties in support of all recurring and ad-hoc projects such as mailing, printing, sorting, organizing, copy editing, etc., as needed.
Answer phone calls and emails promptly and politely. Support a high volume of scheduling requests using MS Outlook and web-based tools.
Provide an exceptional candidate experience and identify opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency.
Assist with coordination and planning for recruiting programs and proactively identify recruitment-related opportunities for improvement that will enhance Sunshine's ability to attract qualified and diverse applicants.
Assist in promoting /Recruiting Branding - staffing Job boards, user group, LinkedIn, Glassdoor etc. Facilitate recruiting-related content, including job descriptions, interview guides, our careers page, and other recruiting-related collateral for all candidate touchpoints
May coordinate and attend hiring events both internally or externally.
Track progress, measure success, and report on learnings and key outcomes
Collaborate with recruiting team in analyzing and improving our workday and feature capability for optimal functionality
OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform all work assigned for the agreed-upon salary, accepting no additional payment or non-perishable gifts from residents, vendors, Community Management, or others
Meet the assigned work requirements of the job. Regular attendance is required
