The OSS is seeking to hire a part-time on-call (PTOC) Jumpmaster/Freefall Instructor Subject Matter Expert (SME) to provide support to various OSS contracts. The SME will complete external reviews, analysis and evaluation of programs' change management and transition processes to ensure future operational success. The Safety Management Approach will be utilized throughout the review, analysis, evaluation, and recommendation of work performed.
Site visits and some travel will be required and may be up to five days per visit. SME will conduct reviews and evaluations of trainers, operations, and briefings. SME will provide progress reports periodically. Other reports will include Gap Analysis reports and final reports/closeout.
