We are looking to hire a Life Enrichment Coordinator to join our Senior Living Team; reporting to the Director of Life Enrichment. This position is responsible for assisting our Director of Life Enrichment with coordinating and facilitating activities and events for residents, both inside and outside the community. These activities are designed to promote resident's creativity, physical and mental well-being, and socialization. The right person will be dedicated to meeting and exceeding the needs of the resident, while always acting in an empathetic and compassionate manner. The Life Enrichment Coordinator will also be responsible for driving our senior residents to various outings or appointments. Above all else; the Life Enrichment Coordinator must have an unparalleled passion for service in order to display a commitment of excellence that interprets the All Seasons vision and brand.
Encourage resident socialization and participation in activities and events to minimize resident solidarity and promote a positive community environment
· Driving residents in community vehicles to social events, various appointments, and special events
· Provide administrative duties to support the Life Enrichment team
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
· Clean driving record
· One to two years coordinating and conducting group activities preferred
· Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, including resident parcels and/or personal mobility equipment (i.e. walkers)
· Able to pass pre-employment screening, including drug and background check
