DRRS Training Administrator (Government)

Description

This requirement provides support for the MARFORCYBER (MFCC) and the Marine Corps Cyber Warfare Group (MCCYWG). The Defense Readiness Reporting System (DRRS) Training Administrator will support the MCCYWG and its cyber teams with simultaneous support while they are on active missions and/or exercises. Support includes close management of the event, to include observations of lessons learned during the event.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage the Defense Readiness Reporting System (DRRS) program for U.S. Marine Corps Cyberspace Warfare Group (MCCYWG) for Service and Joint readiness reporting.

  • Conduct periodic reviews of MCCYWG's Service and Joint Mission Essential Task Lists (METLs) as required by standing orders and instructions, or when directed, in order to provide suggestions on revalidation of METLs.

  • Administer user accounts for all subordinate elements and provide subject matter expertise as required.

  • Maintain current knowledge on all published Service and Joint defense readiness reporting directives, orders and instructions.

  • Educate MCCYWG stakeholders on Service and Joint defense readiness reporting processes, procedures, directives, orders and instructions.

  • Attend all Service and Joint defense readiness forums, conferences and working groups to provide notes on topics related to MCCYWG operations

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Proven work experience as a Training Manager

  • Track record in designing and executing successful training programs

  • Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc)

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

  • Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively

  • Strong writing and record keeping ability for reports and training manuals

  • Good computer and database skills

Security Requirements

The selected individual must be able to successfully pass a background and drug screening as a condition of employment.  The selected individual may/will be subject to a Government security background investigation and must meet eligibility and suitability requirements. Clearance level requirement may be subject to change at the government's discretion. In this event, you will be required to obtain and maintain a required Top Secret with Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) Clearance with a Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph for the duration of your employment. Incumbent may be selected at a higher or lower clearance level as specified by any change made by the Government.

Educational / Work Experience

  • Education is preferred:

    • with a Bachelor's Degree: three to five years of Education/HR experience

    • with a Master's Degree in Education/HR Management: two years of experience in the HR Field

    • with no Education Degree: seven years in the Education/HR Field

    • or any similar combination of education and experience

  • Experience working with Readiness Systems and related tools

  • Experience as a Training Manager and proven track record of designing and executing successful training programs
