Director, Experience Design (Finance)
The Director of Design is the strategic leader and planner for experience design at FMI. The position is responsible for execution of the full design process and management of the experience design team with the goal of elevating the quality, adoption, and impact of FMI's portfolio of applications, services, and products.
The Director of Design is the strategic leader and planner for experience design at FMI. The position is responsible for execution of the full design process and management of the experience design team with the goal of elevating the quality, adoption, and impact of FMI's portfolio of applications, services, and products. We work on solutions that accelerate discovery and provide decision support and actionable insights to Oncologists, Cancer Patients, Clinical Investigators, and the all the scientific and technical professionals involved in genomic profiling and precision oncology research and treatment.
As a Director of Design, you balance your time between collaborating and consulting with key partners and stakeholders, engaging with the people we serve, articulating experience/design strategy, providing oversight around how design fits into the process of bringing new products to market, mentoring and coaching the designers on your team, and rolling up your sleeves to help tackle the hardest and most complex experience design challenges.
