Account Installation Senior Representative, Legislation - Cigna Healthcare - Remote (Finance)



Ready to take the next step on your career journey at The Cigna Group? We are hiring two Account Installation Senior Representatives for the legistation team. For this role, you'll review accounts to ensure they are in compliance with the state legistlature.

What You'll Do:

  • Conducts ePro review to ensure legislative requirements have been correctly incorporated
  • Creates (ET), Extraterritorial Legislation benefit variations in ePro
  • Creates legislation reports in (B&C), Benefits and Contracts Legislation Analysis Tool for downstream partners
  • Creates Log for downstream partners of all legislative issues found during the (BenSum) Benefit Summary and ePro review
  • Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Legislation team for all downstream partners and offshore Legislative team
  • Provide leadership and/or support from a legislative perspective for projects
  • Maintain departmental quality and performance expectations

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required, bachelor's degree, preferred
  • Experience with legislation & compliance knowledge, highly preferred
  • Experience with Proclaim and ePro, highly preferred
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to negotiate and manage expectations for mutually acceptable solutions, preferred
  • Ability to independently and proactively manage multiple and divergent priorities and meet deadlines and deliverables, preferred
  • Proficiency with multiple software and system-based applications, including database and spreadsheets (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, tracking systems), highly preferred
  • Strong verbal/written communication and organizational skills to effectively communicate and interact with all levels and functions within the organization, preferred
  • Willingness to adapt to constant change (regulatory as well as organizationally), preferred

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an hourly rate of 21 - 32 USD / hourly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
