Critical actions include developing customer relationships, implementing a marketing plan, training and driving key identified Industrial opportunities, and protecting profitability and fostering the growth of the sales and marketing team.
Major Responsibilities:
Increasing sales for assigned and growing market share at assigned accounts
Developing strategic growth plans for assigned accounts
Detailed knowledge of all prospective and new customer relationships so the Industrial Motors customer interactions can be facilitated to maintain business growth and profitability.
Detailed knowledge of market region including prospective opportunities in all target markets.
Develop annual sales plan for input into the annual business plan.
Focal point for ensuring customer complaints are resolved in a timely and effective manner.
Maintain an in depth knowledge of the industry to support Regal growth and diversification and to ensure that we are benchmark in meeting customer expectations.
Take part in assigned exhibits, training programs, market initiatives, and other sales initiatives.
Responsible to ensure all new business opportunities to meet the financial requirements established by the Business Unit VP.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in related field, with a thorough knowledge of customer applications.
Five plus years direct Industrial selling and business development experience.
Knowledge of electric motors
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Self-driven- being able to take action without being told with to do
Responsiveness- goal of responding to emails and phone calls within 24-hours
