Infrastructure & Maintenance Manager (Corporate) (Finance)
This is a senior-level individualcontributor position within our corporate facilities and engineeringdepartment. This position requires strong technical knowledge of energyefficiency practices; building heating, ventilation, and air conditioningsystems; mechanical, electrical and plumbing equipment, components and systems;building automation controls and optimization strategies; system commissioningand retro-commissioning activities; and/or green building practices. Thesuccessful candidate will play an essential role in the reliable and efficientoperation of the company's mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems as wellas preservation of building structures and systems. They will also support thedevelopment and prioritization of a multi-year maintenance and infrastructurecapital plan. The candidate will support the company's corporate and propertyfacility operations as a technical engineering resource. They will alsointerface closely with the strategic sourcing and design and constructiondepartments.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct/Coordinatecomprehensive multi-property hotel/casino energy assessments & analysisthrough property audits and coordination with on-site facility/engineeringstaff.
• Identify, analyze andimplement high-value energy efficiency projects and maintenance capitalupgrades applicable to each individual property location, including mechanical,electrical and plumbing system upgrades, maintenance and repairs, and advancedbuilding automation control strategies.
• Develop, prioritize andmanage infrastructure projects at property locationscorporate-wide. Create project scopes, assist with issuing requestsfor proposals, evaluate bid responses and manage contractors.
• Perform technicalanalysis to quantify project savings and identify key performance indicators toensure persistence of savings.
• Manage building andsite optimization activities as related to central plant & HVAC equipmentand controls. Develop a BMS standardization roadmap,centralized reporting & controls capabilities, and advanced sequences ofoperation.
• Performdesign reviews for new construction and recommend energy-saving measures,including optimum mechanical, electrical and plumbing system selection andlighting and control equipment selection based on life-cycle analysis.
• Provide generalengineering/technical support and guidance to property facility personnelacross the enterprise.
• Manage consultants andcontractors as needed to accomplish required objectives.
• Support corporatefacility operations in the development of minimum standards for preventativemaintenance of major mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems across the enterpriseand assist with analyzing and recommending insourcing versus outsourcingdecisions.

Education andExperience:
• B.S. MechanicalEngineering or equivalent desired; and M.S. Engineering or equivalent a plus. Building system and structural experiencewill be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Minimum 10years of experience involving building systems and energy efficiency; energyservices and performance contracting; energy modeling and analysis; buildingMEP design; controls servicing and programming; building MEP and/or structuralconstruction management; or a combination thereof.
• Strong workingknowledge of building infrastructure and mechanical, electrical and plumbingsystems, energy conservation measures & load management programs.
• Experience withconstruction/project management, building codes and requirements, vendornegotiations and energy project analysis.
• Experience with designreview of new construction from an energy efficiency perspective, greenbuilding standards, and green building certification.
• Professional Engineerand/or Certified Energy Manager and/or LEED Accreditation, a plus.
• HVAC design and/orenergy modeling experience, a plus.
• Experience with energyefficient design and LEED standards, a plus.
Skills and Abilities:
• Must be a self-starterwith the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Must have excellentverbal and written communication and presentation skills
