PHARMACY RESIDENT (Healthcare)
The resident pharmacist will be a self-directed, independent, motivated learner guided by the Resident Program Director and the appropriate preceptor(s) for each learning experience. In addition to learning experience rotations, the resident will serve as a staff pharmacist at least two evening per month, but not to exceed one evening per week (i.e., 4 evening shifts per month) and every third weekend per month (Saturday and Sunday). The resident pharmacist, when functioning in the role of centralized, or decentralized pharmacist, will be accountable for the operations of the Augusta Health Inpatient Pharmacy, the provision of decentralized patient centered care and the promotion of high-quality customer service for all customers within and outside of the organization.
