National Sales Trainer- Distal Extremity, Trauma and Orthobiologics (Marketing)

Arthrex is actively searching for a National Sales Trainer- Distal Extremity, Trauma and Orthobiologics to conduct training and development of our salesforce as well work hand in hand with key departments to create and maintain key sales tools and resources. The successful candidate will build relationships throughout internal departments within Arthrex as well as our sales agencies to help drive our strategies and continued market growth. Excellent interpersonal, presentation and leadership skills along with three years or more of related experience and a bachelor's degree are essential for this position. Aids in the development and implementation of sales training programs for agency and corporate sales staff and/or sales management. Establishes objectives for, and creates, develops, and administers, in whole or in part, a training program including sales techniques and skills, product and product applications information, group referencing, and role playing. Provides materials and developmental support to sales regions for trainings, presentations at conferences or sales meetings. Will work closely with Medical Education, corporate sales management, product management, and/or marketing team to develop a sales strategy and then incorporates this strategy into the training programs. Although responsible for the full bag of Arthrex product groups, this position would specialize in Dex and Trauma as well as supporting the biologics team trainings.

PC and various and specialized software. High efficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook. Knowledge of LMS systems a plus. Knowledge of SalesForce CRM or other CRM platforms a plus.
