The Finance Manager is responsible for working across all departments to create and analyze meaningful data to drive business performance improvement throughout the company. The role will also provide financial consulting and strategic support, including preparation/execution of board presentations, financial presentations, forecasting models, strategic initiatives, capital expenditure analysis, industry/peer group comparisons, new business opportunities, acquisition analysis and other projects requested by senior management. Finally, the role will help in preparing financial statements, activity reports and forecasts. Other responsibilities to include treasury and annual budgeting. Responsibilities Include: • Manage the monthly closings and preparation of monthly financial statements and balance sheet review. • Preparation of various daily, weekly and monthly reports for management and senior management. Identify areas of risk and opportunity to base forecast. • Prepare external reporting materials, including annual, quarterly and current reports in the required formats. • Support projects and document production related to budgeting, forecasting, financial results and strategic initiatives. • Assist Finance and other departments to update monthly financial forecasts and pro-forma rolling profit models. • Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance • Responsible for the meaningful analysis of the actual variances versus budget and forecast. • Assist in preparing the annual operating budget and rolling forecast (including working capital, cash flow and below-EBITDA P&L lines) • Supervise Accounts Receivable and Credit Collections. Implement and monitor credit policy. • Oversee treasury function by monitoring cash flow position, related borrowing needs and funds available for investment. • Assist in determining the company's proper capital structure.
