Job Duties:
Develop short/long-term strategic Information Technology plans to enable the company to meet its business vision. Serve the company as a key member of the Senior Leadership Team with a keen understanding of our business develop. Implement a companywide technology strategy and roadmap that aligns with the company's systems, projects and business needs. Ensure that Information Technology supports company initiatives and successful implementations across the organization. Collaborate with all of our businesses and departments to support a portfolio of initiatives, leveraging innovative technology tools and data. Ensure efficient IT day-to-day operations, data management, infrastructure, security and compliance. Provide strong leadership to develop, coach and ensure a high performance IT team is built and maintained. Evolve the IT organization to one that is recognized as a value-added business partner critical to the company's success. Proactively build relationships across the company, collaborate effectively and develop a strong team to anticipate and meet the technology needs of the company.
Will have 2 direct report - Vice President, Information Technology & Sr Director, Information Technology
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science/MIS or related major. 10 years of experience in an Executive/Leadership position in the Technology industry. Experience must include 15 years of experience handling large IT projects for multi-billion/million, global, complex organizations and diverse industries.
Rate of Pay: $300,000.00 per year
