Program Management Senior Advisor -Product Manager
Role is within AAPS (Affordability & Accuracy Pre/Post Pay Solutions). AAPS focuses on Accurate Claim Payment and Reducing Medical Cost expenditures at Cigna.
The Program Management Senior Advisor - Product Manager is a key role within AAPS Roadmap and Agile Delivery. This role directly leads solutions that deliver value to our pre and post pay strategic programs by providing leadership, expertise, governance, and control within the AAPS Project/Agile Framework. Partnering with AAPS and Agile Leadership the PM is responsible for independently leading, planning, organizing, and controlling processes to achieve project/program objectives within scope, time, quality, and budget constraints. This role identifies, suggests, and implements best practices to facilitate best solutions and methods that will optimize processes within AAPS and for our Matrix Business Partners across Cigna. The PM will actively participate, lead and contribute to the Agile Product Management Council (PMC) and will be responsible for the AAPS Delivery Roadmap and play an integral role in Strategic Planning. The PM will utilize in-depth professional knowledge and experience to set and assist in achieving departmental goals which align with our functional strategy. This role will focus on the achievement of departmental goals/financial goals and will play a significant part in driving the teams in achieving functional/technical delivery to our business, accountable for ensuring that priorities are met and appropriate business value is delivered.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 113,600 - 189,300 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
