Summary:The role of the Manager of Talent Acquisition is to oversee the recruitment process by successfully partnering with the operators to meet business needs with high caliber talent. Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition, this individual will be responsible for executing the strategic partnership and needs of Enlivant by monitoring key performance metrics, identifying trends and proactively addressing gaps. The Manager of Talent Acquisition is responsible for managing, coaching and mentoring recruiter(s) and other support staff on effectiveness, identifying trends and effective use of tools/resources.
