$700 Hiring Bonus Direct Support Professional - Evening/Overnight Shift (Omaha) (Finance)
Direct Support Professionals (Caregivers) Needed! Current Open Positions: With full time & part time available, youll find hours that fit your schedule. Residential DSP - Evening Shift 3:00 p.m. -10:00 p.m. (One weekend shift required) Residential DSP - Overnight Shift 10:00 p.m. - 8:00 a.m. CSN Omaha is currently offering a $700 Hiring Bonus for candidates who apply by 12/31/22 and is successfully hired. The Hiring Bonus is paid in 3 installments: $200 - First paycheck following completion of initial two-week training, $200 - 3 months of employment and all training completed, $300 - 6 months of employment. *Applicants previously employed by CSN within the past 6 months are not eligible for this bonus. As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will support people in learning the skills needed to increase their independence in areas of life such as community involvement, job skills, education, personal health, and daily living skills. What Will You Do: Assist with daily tasks/chores like cooking, cleaning, medication managementSupport individuals to practice and maintain good hygieneRun errands such as shopping and going to appointmentsEncourage and foster individuals hobbies and interestsProvide habilitation & documentationFollow health & safety protocols What You Will Need: Must be 18 years of age or olderHigh school diploma or GEDValid drivers license and current auto insuranceReliable vehicle to transport during shiftPass all background checksFull range of motion, physical strength, and the ability to achieve and maintain training and certifications No degree or prior experience required!
