Description
The Assembler II position is responsible for soldering circuit boards for conformance to CPI and IPC-610 Class 2 standards to ensure quality and must be able to perform advanced level 2 soldering skills.

This is a Temp to Hire position, working 5:00 a.m.-3:30 p.m., M-Th. Overtime is required including Fridays. Position is located at Emerson Commercial & Residentials Solutions, Control Products, Inc., 1724 Lake Drive West, Chanhassen, MN 55317.
Experience working inan electronics manufacturing environment preferred.
1-2 years solderingexperience preferred.
Must pass the CPIsoldering test.
Understands polarity,orientation and IPC610 Class 2 standards.
Ability to lift 40 lbs.on a regular basis.
May include extensive standingor sitting per job.
Good eye/handcoordination.
Basic mechanicalaptitude.
Ability to read andunderstand basic work instructions and identify packing specifications.
Ability to read, speak,and write fluent English.
Must be able to work aflexible work schedule.
