DEI & Accessibility Manager (Finance)
Manage client facing communication regarding Accessibility as it relates to CourseLeaf products and services.
Organize formal relationships with Accessibility development partners.
Develop communication plan for Accessibility roadmap
Coordinate and serve on steering committees of all ERGs (Employee Resource Groups).
Attend all ERG meetings and conduct annual reviews of ERGs
Review all policies, procedures, and initiatives relating to or implicating diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Work closely with human resources on hiring strategies to increase attraction and retention of a diverse workforce.
Set Leepfrog's corporate goals with respect to DEI.
Establish and oversee supplier/vendor/subcontractor diversity initiatives and program.
Support and/or lead DEI programming and training.
Support and approve external communication regarding Leepfrog's DEI program and initiatives, including in RFP responses, marketing, recruiting, and other channels.
Develop strategies for increasing inclusivity and awareness of diverse cultures and religions.
Act as resource for Leepfrog employees on DEI topics and concerns.
Other duties as assigned.
