Engineering Instructional Designer (Architecture)

Dematic has an immediate need for an Instructional Designer in our Atlanta, GA, Grand Rapids, MI or Wauwatosa, WI location. This is an exciting opportunity to help Dematic establish our Global Project Engineering Academy, a virtual and “in real life” learning center for engineers. In this role, you will partner with subject matter experts to create blended learning programs that enable our engineers to develop their technical and project execution capabilities. You'll have a hand in designing programs, building a variety of courses, including eLearning, instructor led training, virtual instructor led, job aids, and evaluating outcomes and ROI. The best candidate is passionate about learning, working with technical people, and creating programs that develop careers and drive real business results.

Develops complex individual and group training courses and activities for employees. Monitors the effectiveness of course materials, reviews feedback, and modifies/revises course materials as instructed. Completes the development of new course materials. May identify, evaluate and obtain training programs and materials from external vendors.
