We have an exciting groundbreaking therapy in our Aortic Portfolio that is the first and only of its kind in the market! This is an opportunity to come in and develop a therapy that will revolutionize patient treatment. In this role, you will lead the US downstream marketing for the EndoSuture Aneurysm Repair (ESAR) Therapy that sits within the larger Structural Heart & Aortic (SH&A) Operating Unit. Through leading downstream marketing activities, you will drive the marketing strategy and execution to grow and develop the market for the U.S. ESAR business and be responsible for collaboration with other functions to ensure successful full product life cycle management and execution.
In this role you will serve as a critical link between the marketing and sales organization. This includes developing and managing comprehensive product portfolio marketing plans, key customer engagement opportunities, portfolio rationalization, product development process (PDP) marketing deliverables, collaboration with cross-functional colleagues, and U.S. team leadership. You will inspire, engage and direct marketing efforts through a field commercial team of over 150 employees as well as develop strong cross-functional working relationships with global marketing partners, other therapy marketing teams, and cross-functional partners.

A Day in the Life:
•Lead U.S. ESAR product line, incorporating product life cycle management. Develop comprehensive marketing plans including competitive strategy, pricing strategy, sales/revenue forecasts, inventory management and brand communication initiatives. Support the marketing strategy through setting appropriate budgets, goals and metrics.
•Collaborate with global colleagues and U.S. physicians to effectively communicate the ESAR value proposition, differentiation from the competition and identify new market and segment opportunities to drive revenue, profitability and share
•Develop and maintain relationships with customers and key opinion leaders. Work with the team to define and execute on customer feedback planning - through market research, field travel & customer visits in support of the aortic portfolio.
•Manage the U.S. ESAR competitive intelligence function, including creation and distribution of competitive analysis, updates, messaging. Identify and lead competitive response strategies with sales and commercial operations.
•Collaborate with a wide variety of internal stakeholders across legal, regulatory, clinical, OMA and R&D to drive alignment and execution of marketing strategies.
•Present strategies and rationale to senior leadership, facilitate open and active dialog among internal stakeholders and drive alignment.
•Advise global marketing on Product Development Process (PDP) project teams and core teams. Ensure completion of marketing deliverables and successful transition from global to U.S. regional downstream marketing teams.
•Lead and participate in core team as requested by senior leadership to address key business opportunities and challenges.
•Communicate effectively and ensure leadership is well informed and aligned with key strategies and recommendations. Provide for ongoing reporting of the aortic franchise and product launch progress to plan, measure the impact of marketing initiatives, sales analysis, competitive analysis and customer feedback. Present to senior leadership in QBRs.
•Ability to travel up to 50%, at times more. Spend significant time in the field with sales personnel and customers to understand their perspectives and ideas, and stay at the front of market dynamics and changes. Represent the customer during internal meetings, and represent the company at advisory boards and medical congresses.
Must Have:
•You will need a Bachelor's degree and 4+ years' experience in a marketing, field sales or technical role (2 years with an MBA)
•Downstream Marketing experience
•Project or program management experience
Nice to Have:
•MBA or other Master's Degree
•Product Management experience
•Field Sales experience helpful
•Healthcare industry experience in medical device or pharma
•Previous experience interacting with internal teams, a global sales force, senior management and customers
•Ability to synthesize and simplify clinical data and technical information
