Human Resources Assistant (Finance)
Some college preferred
Minimum two years' experience in similar position within the field
Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the particular field
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively (in English), both verbally and in writing, with residents and staff.
Experience in computer use and relevant software applications are preferred, specifically Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of online services and the Internet is a plus.
Requires self-direction and the ability to work cooperatively with staff inside and outside of Home Office.
Maintain a positive, respectful, and professional approach with coworkers and residents
Possess organizational skills.
Deliver high levels of responsiveness and exceptional customer service
Ability to work under time constraints and meet department deadlines.
Ability to handle highly sensitive data and maintain the utmost level of confidentiality and instill a high degree of trust and integrity within the organization
Schedule and organize complex activities such as travel, meetings, and conferences for all members of the company
Coordinate travel with events/activities at Communities or other venues to ensure projects are completed in a timely manner
Assist management team in preparing for network management meetings to include making copies, working with office or the community for meeting space, lunch, etc.
Perform various administrative and clerical functions to include filing, faxing, scheduling, reporting, tracking, data collection and entry, etc. that are required to maintain an organized, efficient, and functional agency
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and details simultaneously
Drafts and posts employment advertisements with multi-state employment departments
Responsible for tracking and maintaining associate personnel files and required personnel file documentation
Answer non-routine correspondence and assemble confidential and sensitive information.
Work independently and within a team on special nonrecurring and ongoing projects.
Performs simple, routine maintenance of office equipment.
Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Perform all work assigned for the agreed-upon salary, accepting no additional payment or non-perishable gifts from residents, vendors, Community Management, or others
Meet the assigned work requirements of the job. Regular attendance is required
