Responsibilities

Area Covers Entire State of Florida

Job Functions:

  • Facilitates technical and safety on-boarding experiences for new team members.
  • Performs Quality Assurance analyses for service centers in area on a routine basis.
  • Provides classroom learning and technical offerings to NW teammates. 
  • Trains and coaches new and veteran service professionals, ensuring work is done to NW and regulatory standards.
  • Ensures safety and regulatory standards are consistent and followed throughout the area.
  • Ownership and coaching of area NPS scores, equipment/product usage, passing, unpaid services, and other NW focuses.
  • Leads area Service Standard and technical meetings with Area and Regional Technical Specialists.
  • Performs field testing and provides feedback data on new products, equipment, and technologies.
  • Coordinates with Regional Manager to align with regional training and support needs.
  • Meets regularly with the Director of Technical Services and serves as a Learning and Technical liaison between LTS and area. 
  • Attends all required continuing education and technical workshops to enhance technical expertise.
  • Passes and maintains required licensing and certification in areas of work.
  • Facilitates training on products, equipment, and company procedures and protocols.
  • Evaluates team members learning, and service quality performance in the field.
  • Monitors area M&S and works with Regions and Service Centers to control costs.
  • Support revenue growth by championing new services and best business practices.

Qualifications

Experience 

  • Minimum of 4-year college degree
  • 5 years plus industry experience
  • Previous experience in related areas of focus required.

Ideal Candidate 

  • Ability to travel routinely throughout the area.
  • Certified/Licensed in states covered in area. 
  • Serves as a NW Brand Ambassador, always focusing on the highest level of professionalism and image standards.
  • Reflects the Northwest Way & Service Standards
  • Proven leadership record in Quality Assurance attributes: professionalism, work quality, professional appearance, and safety 
  • Self-motivated 
  • Lifelong learner
  • Extraordinary communicator with proven customer relationship skills
  • Proven critical thinking and time management.
  • Intermediate skill level and knowledge in MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook)
  • Clean driving record
