Change Management Sr Analyst (659639) (Finance)

The Change Management Sr Analyst plays a key role in designing and executing strategic communications and change management plans across the organization. Responsible for managing a wide range of communications and change activities for large scale programs and transformation initiatives, employing a structured approach and best-practice methodologies to design and execute communication and change tactics and evaluate their success.
· Design quality strategic communications and change management strategies • Develop communications deliverables that connect individual communications activities or products to higher-level strategies and goals • Write story-driven content about complex technical subjects that engages target audiences, with the appropriate level of director supervision • Manage communication and change management plans including managing deliverables to time, cost and quality expectations • Manage key internal stakeholders expectations and act as a communication and change management advisor for employees and leads: • Engage key stakeholders and/or the project sponsor(s) to gain buy-in for communication and change management strategies and plans • Prepare and present communication and change management plans and status reports to all levels within the organization, providing ongoing input as required • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levels in the organization · Plan the change strategy, communications and training approaches and manage the quality of the change management deliverables, in many circumstances be directly involved in the delivery. · Develop a roadmap and report progress against overall Organizational readiness and transition · Work with the Business process teams to identify change impacts to Zimmer Biomet stakeholders that will be addressed through change management activities.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinker with good creative, problem-solving and analytical skills • Strong ability to effectively influence a diverse team of stakeholders • Superior written communication skills • Ability to handle extremely confidential information in a professional manner • Excellent interpersonal skills • Facilitate and encourage collaboration and work as one team • Encourage agile approaches and ability to iterate to create innovation • Ability to navigate through uncertainty and lead change within the organization • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) Content management system (CMS), desktop publishing, and Adobe Creative Cloud application experience is an asset
• Master's Degree or MBA, a plus • Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic communications and change management or related field required • Experience in large scale programs and transformation initiatives involving change and communication activities required • Experience in delivering communications and change management for IT solutions preferred • Significant communications experience in areas such as employee, corporate and marketing communications required • Strong track record in positioning key messages to various audiences to achieve tangible outcomes required • Previous experience in a consulting organization and/or relevant, distinguished industry experience is an asset • PROSCI, CCMP certification or designation, a plus
