Human Resources Administrator (Sales)
Perform administrative functions for the HR department to include document scanning, verifications, updating information within the HRIS and other like duties.
Support various human resources functions and procedures and other areas
Participate in recruitment efforts to include -
Assist with website postings and external advertisements/postings
Coordinate interview schedules as requested
Submit background investigations
Coordinate resources for start dates and on-boarding
Provide administrative support such as typing documents or announcements, managing bulletin board postings, wellness activities, etc.
Provide reception support to include both scheduled and walk in guests
Assist potential job candidates
Collaborate with the HR team to develop department goals, objectives, and processes.
Support affirmative action programs
Follow compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment.
Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
