Executive Assistant/Project Analyst (Project Management)
The RDO team is seeking a high-energy, results-driven Executive Assistant/Project Analyst to join their team!
The successful candidate will have an opportunity to support the Managing Director, Results Delivery Office in providing a full range of administrative services to the senior executive. You will compose correspondence and documents of a highly confidential nature making the successful candidate someone who can be trusted. The Executive Assistant/Project Analyst will note commitments made by the executive during meetings, and support any followups with staff to ensure a successful implementation. The candidate will also arrange and coordinate travel as well as meeting schedules. Additionally, you may prepare agendas and meeting briefings for the executive as well as other team members, requiring an ability to build technical knowledge. Additionally, the successful candidate will have an interest in project management, with the ability to learn project coordination fundamentals through the opportunity to deliver small projects.
