Role

The Sr. Manager, Post-Construction Operations, Data Integrity is responsible for driving strategy and ensuring data integrity across key milestones, particularly in the post-construction, closeout lifecycle. This role will oversee execution on post-construction and data workflows, including drone-captured data, customer receipt and customer deviation identification. This leader will actively support all post construction data activities by anticipating challenges, addressing gaps and aligning resources.  They will work closely with the Data Governance team to ensure that all data is accurately reconciled against defined data quality metrics and that deliverables are completed in accordance with customer specific timelines. 

The ideal candidate is a continuous improvement advocate, leveraging data driven insights and automation opportunities to optimize operations while aligning with business priorities and advancing the broader strategy around data integrity and governance.  This role requires a strong understanding of the post construction internal workflows, customer and stakeholder expectations of post construction deliverables and integration with UAS Program initiatives.

  • Lead a team of managers and their teams responsible for production and data integrity across post-construction workflows.
  • Set strategic direction and performance expectations that align with enterprise goals.
  • Recommend and implement process efficiency and automation across post-construction and data integrity workflows.
  • Take proactive measures to recognize operational obstacles or limitations and engage the team in focused, effective actions toward resolution.
  • Prepare, review and provide production reports and analyses to Assets leadership to evaluate the performance of the asset data integrity team, as requested, while holding the team accountability to performance expectations.
  • Provide insightful data analysis of performance to the leadership team to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Possess a strong awareness of internal and external customer needs to guide consistent and dependable deliverables, subject matter expertise and problem-solving abilities.
  • Foster and develop talent by hiring, training, developing, and leading performance management activities
  • Align and allocate resources for optimal workflow during order and task volume changes.
  •  Share insights and collaborate with senior leaders across the organization

Education/Certifications  

  •  Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field

Experience/Minimum Requirements  

  •  Eight (8) + years of experience in project or program management or data governance
  •  Direct leadership experience

Organizational Relationship 

Reports to: Sr Manager Data Integrity

Title(s) of direct reports (if applicable): Manager Assets, Tower Structural Analyst

 Working Conditions: This role falls into our hybrid work model working in the office Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.  On Mondays and Fridays, teammates on the hybrid schedule will have the option to work from the office or home.  There is an expectation of collaboration with teammates and stakeholders for moments that matter that could require travel.

Compensation
The salary range offered for this position is $137,203 - $188,654 annually. A candidate's offer is determined by various factors including but not limited to, depth of experience, role-related knowledge and skills, relevant education or training, internal alignment, and work location. Depending on the position offered, the compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of a discretionary annual cash bonus or commissions, and equity incentives.
