Designs and builds assorted digital tasks, such as graphic design, content publication, page creation, editing, photography, email blasts, web design, web maintenance and reporting of all these as well as conversion resultsAssist the Marketing team with store events by providing support graphicsResponsible for partnering with the centralized marketing team and media lead to drive traffic, conversion, and ROI for all digital channelsDrive and Grow Email Strategy: Responsible for segmentation, forecasting, testing and overarching direction of email program including optimization of daily batch and blast emails, as well as personalization and segmentation strategiesWork closely with Marketing, Retail, Sales and Purchasing departments on strategy and calendar developmentOther job-related duties and special projects as assigned
