ABOUT THE POSITION
The Quality Associate holds the key responsibility of inspecting incoming, in-process, and finished goods. The position helps identify and track non-conforming conditions in the process. Under guidance, the Quality Associate works to disposition material and determine root causes to issues. Specific to this, the responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

ABOUT YOU
The ideal candidate has an Associate's degree equivalent from two-year college or technical school or equivalent experience with quality control experience (experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably assembly highly preferred), outstanding communication skills - both verbal and written, exceptional attention to detail and time-management skills, exceptional interpersonal and team-building skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, ability to lift a minimum of 70 lbs. and execute physical demands of position, ability to read schematics, and have basic understanding of electric circuitry, part prints, and inspection techniques.
