Senior Capture Manager (Finance)
Primary Responsibilities:
Capture leadership of assigned opportunities in support of the market strategy.Leading the project management and responses of the statement of works/objectives of competitive RFP/RFQ/RFI requests.Understand and adapt to identified proposal protocol, technical requirements, and other specifications.Build and execute strategic capture plans to position TWGs solutions for successful pursuitsGather assets and validate customer requirements, working closely with bid decision leads, as well as identifying related needs and constraints that impact the winning solution.Develop value propositions through program strategies, supporting business cases and project plans and develop early win strategies and evolve the strategy throughout the capture lifecycle.Develop, organize and execute significant capture activities, assess win probability, develop win plans/strategies and address gap analysis in order to respond to and win business with new and existing customers.Interact with all levels of management, staff and customers and display a high degree of tact and diplomacy.Establish and maintain prices to win, including supporting analysis, as well as timed gates for bid/no-bid reviews and Bid Decision reviews.Develop the Bid Strategy, Proposal Themes and Messages.Conduct competitive analysis.Plan scheduled execution with appropriate milestones, while monitoring and reporting to management as required.Some travel required.
