Senior Community Manager (Finance)

IND2Senior Community Managers and Community Managers are the primary contact for the property's residents, act as liaisons between residents and Property Management, and are responsible for curb appeal, basic on-site maintenance, and monitoring conditions of the property. This position is also responsible for creating an environment that is based on customer service, welcoming to all, and allows for every resident to experience the peaceful enjoyment of the community. Senior Community Managers are differentiated from Community Managers by having both increased duties and/or being responsible for a larger number of units, and will play a critical role in regulatory compliance and interacts frequently with the Compliance Manager. This position also supports onboarding of new Community Managers while maintaining their assigned property.
