Food & Beverage Shipping/Receiving Clerk (Finance)
Reliable attendance on all scheduled work days.
Communicates with carriers and delivery drivers.
Unload, load, carry, stack, and perform all other functions possible with all supplies received and used by Taos Ski Valley's Resort Center and the Blake Hotel.
Receives Resort Center Food and Beverage items, linens, housekeeping and maintenance supplies, spa equipment, and rental and retail goods.
Report delivered goods to associated department managers.
Unpack and examine incoming shipments, reject damaged items, record shortages letting appropriate department managers of shortage.
Maintain storage areas.
Inventories items.
Correlate invoices with product received.
Insure product received is correct and in good condition.
Must be able to repeatedly lift and move heavy items up to 50lbs.
Must follow OSHA and TSV safety procedures for lifting, moving, and storing items.
Actively leads, participates in and facilitates TSV recycling and green initiatives.
Actively keeps recycling and trash area maintained and clean, running paper shredder and plastic crusher.
Weighs linen to make sure it matches up with our price/lb charges
Other duties as assigned
Maintain safe and sanitary work areas at all times including delivery areas.
Greet and assist guests by interacting professionally and enthusiastically with them.
